Rental Waiver
By booking and/or using our rental equipment, you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver and release of liability.
Definitions
“Company” refers to FunBounce & Beats Party Rentals. “Customer” is the person placing the order. “Participants” includes all users, guests, and attendees who will interact with the equipment during the rental period.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that inflatable and party rental activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, slipping, weather-related hazards, and improper use. I voluntarily assume all risks for myself and all participants at the event.
Release & Hold Harmless
I release and hold harmless FunBounce & Beats Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the rental, delivery, setup, use, or pickup of equipment, including claims arising from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Supervision & Proper Use
I agree that an adult will supervise the equipment at all times, and that all safety rules and operating instructions will be followed. I understand that misuse, overcrowding, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.
Responsibility for Equipment
I accept responsibility for all equipment from delivery to pickup, including damage, loss, theft, and excessive cleaning, as described in our policies.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and defend the Company from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the use, misuse, supervision, or possession of the equipment during the rental period.
Authority to Sign / Minors
I represent that I am at least 18 years old and have authority to agree to this waiver on behalf of myself and all participants, including minors. I agree to ensure all participants follow safety rules and instructions.
