These policies help keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth rental experience. By booking, you agree to the policies below.

1. Responsibility & Care of Equipment
- Customer is responsible for all equipment from delivery to pickup.
- Do not move, relocate, unplug, deflate, or modify equipment unless directed by our staff.
- Keep equipment secured and protected from unauthorized use.
2. Access, Setup Area & Utilities
- Customer must provide:
- - Clear, level access for delivery and setup
- - Area free of animal droppings
- - Adequate space and power source (if required)
- - Safe environment free of hazards
- If access is blocked, unsafe, or not as described, we may be unable to complete setup and fees may still apply.
4. Weather Policy
- Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for refunds or deposit returns.
- At our discretion, a reschedule credit may be offered for severe weather.
- Reschedule credit must be used within 90 days.
- “Severe weather” may include unsafe winds, lightning, flooding, or conditions that could damage equipment or endanger participants.
5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
- Customer is responsible for all equipment from delivery to pickup.
- Customer agrees to pay for:
- - Damage beyond normal wear
- - Missing or stolen items
- - Excessive cleaning (food, drinks, mud, confetti, smoke residue, etc.)
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file.
- Cleaning/sanitizing fees may apply if equipment returns with debris, liquids, stains, gum, slime, glitter/confetti, or smoke residue.
6. Proper Use & Supervision
- Customer agrees to:
- - Follow all safety and operating instructions
- - Ensure adult supervision at all times
- - Prevent misuse, overcrowding, or unsafe behavior
- We reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately if equipment is misused, with no refund.
- Prohibited: sharp objects, shoes (unless allowed), food/drinks on inflatables, face paint, silly string, fireworks, smoking/vaping near equipment.
7. Pickup, Timing & Site Conditions
- Customer agrees to have the site accessible at the scheduled delivery and pickup times.
- Equipment must remain inflated/connected as instructed until our staff arrives for pickup (unless otherwise directed).
- If the pickup area is locked, obstructed, unsafe, or otherwise inaccessible, additional fees may apply.
8. Charge Authorization
By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file for agreed rental charges, and for additional charges that apply under these policies (including damage, loss, theft, and excessive cleaning) from delivery to pickup.
